This is a one-hour presentation connecting the physical geography of the Netherlands to 3000 years of local, regional, national and international development. Particular attention is given to the absolute geographic location and its physical attributes, the Dutch evolution of technology and trade, the impact of Calvinist Ideology, the Dutch impact on the United States and West Michigan, and current Dutch sustainability in an unsustainable environment.This is a one-hour presentation connecting the physical geography of the Netherlands to 3000 years of local, regional, national and international development.
